The story of TechGenius Recruitment began with two dedicated IT consultants. The founders worked together for years, helping various companies find tech professionals. Day after day, they saw that traditional recruitment methods were no longer providing adequate solutions for the rapidly changing IT labor market. Talented individuals were often lost in the noise or passed up opportunities that would have been a perfect fit for them. They increasingly felt that recruitment could be done differently—more efficiently and with higher quality. One day, they decided to leverage their experience and shared vision within the framework of their own business.

This is where we started.
