This includes, in particular, data provided during the contact process, such as name, telephone number, email address, LinkedIn profile, place of residence or domicile, as well as data contained in CVs, cover letters or other application documents.<\/p><p>The Data Controller may also process data relating to the professional experience, education, language skills, technological knowledge, skills, competences, salary requirements, availability, work preferences, references, portfolio, qualifications, certificates and other information relevant to the position or professional cooperation of the data subject.<\/p><p>As a general rule, the Controller does not process sensitive personal data, including in particular health data, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or biometric data. job applications, contact and recruitment processes will be processed by the Data Controller, as a general rule, for a maximum of 3 years from the date of consent or from the last interaction with the data subject.<\/p><p>The purpose of data retention is to enable the Data Controller to contact the data subject in the future about relevant professional, employment or business opportunities.<\/p><p>After the expiry of the data retention period, the Data Controller shall delete, anonymise or otherwise destroy the data in an irreversible manner, unless a longer retention period is required by law.<\/p><p>The Data Controller is entitled to request a new consent from the data subject before the expiry of the data retention period in order to continue to process the personal data for recruitment and talent pool purposes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section selection process, the Data Controller may, with the data subject's knowledge, after prior consultation or communication, only to the extent necessary, transfer the data subject's personal data, CV, professional profile and related documents to its contracting partners, clients or potential employers.<\/p><p>The sole purpose of the data transfer is to assess the professional suitability of the candidate and to carry out the selection process for the position in question.<\/p><p>In no case will the Data Controller sell, transfer for marketing purposes or use the personal data for purposes other than recruitment.<\/p><p><strong>Data processors and external service providers<\/strong><\/p><p>The Data Controller may use various data processors and external service providers in the operation of its services.<\/p><p>These service providers may include in particular:<\/p><ul><li>Providers of ATS and recruitment systems, including in particular Zoho Recruit;<\/li><li>cloud hosting providers;<\/li><li>IT and systems management service providers;<\/li><li>e-mail and communication service providers;<\/li><li>video interview and online meeting platforms;<\/li><li>document management and administration systems;<\/li><li>administrative and automation tools supporting artificial intelligence.<\/li><\/ul><p>In all cases, the Data Controller shall ensure, through appropriate contractual and technical safeguards, that the processors process personal data confidentially, securely and in accordance with the applicable
